🏃 Kick a Lucky Block Speed Guide

Run speed determines how fast you escape the tsunami after kicking a block. Higher speed = more time to reach distant zones and return safely.

How Speed Works

  • 🏃 Speed is your movement rate when running back to base after kicking a block.
  • 🌊 After you kick, a tsunami spawns and chases you. If it catches you, you lose the brainrot.
  • ⚡ Higher speed gives you more time to reach farther zones and escape back safely.
  • 🔄 Speed does NOT reset on rebirth — it's a permanent investment.
  • 💰 Speed upgrades are purchased with in-game cash, not Robux.

Speed Upgrade Levels

Each level increases your base movement speed. Costs scale exponentially.

When to Upgrade Speed

Early Game

Get Speed 3–4 as soon as you can afford it. This makes escaping Common–Legendary tsunamis reliable. Don't neglect speed — a dead run earns nothing.

Mid Game

Aim for Speed 6–7. This handles Mythic–Divine zone distances. Speed upgrades are cheap compared to weights at this stage.

Late Game

Max out at Speed 10 for Celestial zone runs. Since speed doesn't reset on rebirth, it's a one-time investment that pays off forever.

Tsunami Survival Tips

  • 🌊 The tsunami spawns after you kick — you have a few seconds head start before it begins chasing.
  • 🏃 Run in a straight line — don't zigzag. The shortest path back to base is a straight line.
  • Perfect Kicks give bonus distance — but farther distance means more time running back. Balance power with speed.
  • 🔄 Speed survives rebirth — upgrade speed before rebirthing to make recovery faster.
  • 💀 If the tsunami catches you — you lose the brainrot. No partial credit. Either escape or die.
  • 🎯 Learn the zone distances — if you can't escape a zone consistently, upgrade speed before pushing further.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does speed reset on rebirth?

No. Speed upgrades are permanent and never reset, even when you rebirth. This makes speed a one-time investment that pays off forever.

How fast do I need to be to escape the tsunami?

For Common–Rare zones, base speed works. For Epic–Legendary, Speed 3–4 is recommended. For Mythic+, aim for Speed 6+.

Is speed more important than kick power?

Both are important. Kick power gets you to better zones, but speed lets you survive the trip back. A dead run earns nothing.

What is the max speed level?

Speed 10 (4× base speed) is the maximum. It costs $1B in-game cash.
